Neem Karoli Baba Ashram, Kainchi Dham is a spiritual Ashram and a famous Hanuman temple complex located in Nainital City of the Kumaon Hills of Uttarakhand, India. Kainchi Dham became famous when Steve Jobs, former CEO of Apple Inc., visited the temple in the year 1973. Going through a stressful time in his career, Steve came to India in search of a place where he could find answers to his questions and attain the definite truth of life, nirvana and wisdom. Jobs meditated in the Ashram and went back enlightened. Later, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg also visited Kainchi Dham in search of peace and enlightenment.

On 15 June, a Fair/Mela is organized every year on the birth anniversary of Neem Karoli Baba at the ashram, which attracts a huge crowd of both locals and tourists. Situated at an altitude of 1400 meters above sea level, this ashram is picturesque on the Nainital-Almora route and is one of the most prominent pilgrimage sites in India. The ashram was initially built to dedicate to Sombari Maharaj and Sadhu Premi Baba who used to perform yagyas at that place.

Location of Kainchi Dham: Ashram is located in the centre of Almora and Nainital Highway, with a road distance of 19KM from Nainital City and 45KM from Almora, Uttrakhand. The nearest railway station is Kathgodam which is 45KM from Kainchi Dham. For Airways, the nearest Airport is Pantnagar Airport which is Approx. 76 KM from Kainchi Dham, anyone can reach Kainchi Dham Via NH 109 by hiring a Cab from Airport.
